Burda Style For people who sew
Description
I love Batman and Robin, and one of my favorite shows is “The New Batman Adventures”, so I decided to make a swimsuit top inspired by Tim Drake’s Robin suit. I made it out of 1/2 yd. of red stretchy swim knit, and just a tiny bit of yellow pleather, and black shiny pleather. I made sure the pleather was light weight, and wasn’t the kind with the furry-ish backing, because that would get gross in the water.
I made the “Utility belt” out of the same yellow pleather as the “R”. It closes in the front with velcro.
It’s the first swimsuit top I’ve ever made. I didn’t have a pattern.
I love it, but I lost weight since I made it so now it doesn’t fit as well. :(
Oh well, I can probably fix it.
