My latest quilt project: I used the description from quiltville.com: “Oklahoma Backroads”, but coordinated the colours differently so that they appear like jewels
cotton: blue dyed with simplicol, colours are scraps from my mom, some over twenty years old

thanks for all your comments. Didn’t really think that it would trigger so many ;) @ Lala86: It’s not really a patience thing. It took about 3 months of thinking about the pattern (in between classes etc., putting it away for two weeks and then pull it out again), but the cutting for the quilt and the first square meter was done in one weekend in February. Then I had to put it away again, finished the top in May and that’s its status since then.
