15 minute project!
I was in need of a shirt to wear out and decided to use the small amount of black fabric I had. I simply made a double layer tube-top, with 3 vertical stitches, about 2 inches long down the middle (wide enough to fit a safety pin between.) Then I cut 2 small holes on the top between the stitches. After that, I fed the rick-rack between the stitches and it was finished!
