Trying out the Ribbon Dress, but without the ribbons. Slightly longer sleeves, slightly longer length. A more modest neckline, because it looked like the original was going to show my bra straps.
I made it in a 40, but the bodice was really too loose. So I moved the zipper to the side and took the upper back seam in a few centimeters. I also added a back tie, as much to hang my work pass on as to adjust the size.
The neckline gaps a little, but I think both the dress and the pattern are keepers. I just need to figure out how to adjust the sizing to make the bodice and skirt work together first time!
