one side grey, the other black. Some black shows at the waist on the grey side, and the grey shows at the hem of the black side. High waisted with two belts to wrap around, made of the same fabric as the skirt.
The skirt can be worn in both sides and different ways, because the front is 20 cm wider, so you can fold it, or gather it as you please. The back is a normal skirt with darts. I don’t think I’ll wear it with that polo shirt, I just needed a light background for the black side.
By the way, take the chance to meet Miranda, my new/old sewing assistant, just thrifted, my friend Giulio gave her the name, I couldn’t come up with a better one, so Miranda it is (I was talking about the dress form)

Gorgeous! I’ve recently fallen madly in love with Thai Fishermen-style pants, and now here you bring us the same origami goodness in skirt form! I, too, would love to see a pattern.

What a great idea to make this skirt reversible, so you can wear it in so many ways. I especially like the way Miranda wears it on the second picture.
