Bought this skirt from Goodwill and it was about floorlenght, maybe a little shorter. Chopped a good foot of the bottom and turned it into a peplum at the top! Very little waste and it’s so cute now. The peplum doesn’t go all the way around because the back of the skirt has elastic which I couldn’t very well sew over.
Take off with pleats, cut-outs, insets, and futuristic prints.
