I made this tiny dress using the RetroRedo Dress pattern. I Guess it would fit a doll, a premie, a newborn and maybe up to two months old baby. I had so much fun making it! It is for sale at Etsy. This would make a wonderful baby shower gift. The pattern is fairly easy to work with.
