Description

Used some beautiful jacquard fabric for the pants and sleeves to have a co-ordinated separates. For the body of the retro top I used a flowy wool crepe fabric and I decided to extend the sleeves to full length. Also decided to add a visible zip given there was limited stretch in the

Decided to use a few techniques such as balanced darts on the top to ensue they lay nicely on the chest.

Material Notes

Jacquard for the baroque pants and retro top sleeves.
For the body of the top I used black light black wool crepe.

Thanks the inspiration for this was Whistles which is a UK based fashion label with some really clever by simple designs. It used to be one of my staples before I took to sewing my own. www.whistles.co.uk

Great outfit! I love the jaquard fabric as well as the drapey wool crepe. The pants are especially nice. Job well done!
