I love the Gracie Pattern by Sandi Henderson and can’t stop making these reversible dresses for my girl. The attachment of the collar sometimes make me wanna pull my hair out but I think seeing her in it makes it all worthwhile.

Thanks! Are you using the same pattern by Sandi? If yes, to attach the collar you need to attach the right side of the dress (top) to the wrong side bottom of the collar first. Also, I find it easier to attach the collar when I attach the two ends first (the back of the collar) before sewing together the sleeves and finally the gathered front. Hope that helps.

Beautiful. I am in love with the colors on both side. I have a pattern just like this and tried making it reversible. No luck. I make the body part very well but when it comes to that neck…I have three or four of these in the UFO pile.

Wow, this is a lovely dress and your girl is the perfect little model for it! If I had a kid this cute I probably wouldn’t be able to stop making dresses for her either.

The dress is gorgeous, but definitely not as cute as your little girl! :-)
