Description

Designed/sewn by me out of random stuff I found in the discount bin of a discount fabric store (Hoorah for double discount) There are also halter straps that can be used or tucked in depending on your mood (I like it better strapless so I just tucked them in) It is knee-length but I think it also would be very cute as a mini (for a less formal look) I’m thinking of saving this for prom! =]

Material Notes

All material was found in a discount bin =] If you want to make something similar you will need about: 1 yard of colorful lace 3 yards of a silky-like white fabric 1 yard of tool to match the lace an old flower or broach or something to accent it.

Pretty! I like the pleats and the tulle a lot.
