Description
My mum had a skirt made of heavy wool it is a plus size. She always complained that it’s so heavy and she didn’t use it. I decided to turn it into a cape , she also gave me an old mink fur collar she took it off a vintage strakan coat . so I used the collar for the cape and turned the skirt to a CAPE
