This might be the most time consuming project I’ve ever worked on, but it turned out well, so I’m all right with that! I used Butterick 4669 for the vests, with a few alterations. The skirts are simple gathered rectangles, and the shirts simple, rectangular numbers. I blogged about it more here.
Upholstery fabric for outsides of vests, linen for lining; Green skirt is wool, Cream skirt and shirts are cotton muslin
