Measure waist and divide in half. Cut a circle of this same circumference ( I used a saucer ! ) Fold this circle in half. Place it on drafting paper ( I used newspaper ) and measuring from this to form the shape of peplum you’d like ( MIne is longer at the back ) Place on folded fabric and cut out leaving a small seam allowance, Leave one folded edge uncut – but cut the other ( picture shows scissors placed where I intended to cut ).Repeat this with lining fabric.
Take off with pleats, cut-outs, insets, and futuristic prints.
