Very short description:
I made this fun little green jacket from a fully lined dress. First, I detached the different parts of the dress, and ironed the wrinkles out. I then created the bottom of the jacket from the bottom of the skirt, attached the re-formed old bodice of the dress, and sewed new side seams. I ironed down every seam to ensure nice, clean lines. I attached the recreated lining of my new jacket, added button plackets made from the bottom of the skirt, reattached trim from the dress and finished the sleeves and hem.
