My uncle used to work at a home fabrics distributor company before they went out of business. I don’t know exactly the reason why, but he had a bolt of fabric left over from those days sitting in his basement. When he learned of my love of sewing, he gave this bolt of fabric to me as a gift. That fabric, which made this dress,originally, was a white polyester. I dyed a couple yards yellow, made a pattern and constructed this dress. I love it!
