My design. 100% hand sewn, as always with me.
I saw a picture of a beautiful Regency bodiced petticoat that I loved even better than the ones I got to wear in a play, so I decided to design a dress off of it. This was my first time making an actual pattern without anything to even base it off of, but it was much easier than I expected. I’m quite pleased with the fit as I made it exactly to my measurements.

The material I used is heavier than I would ideally use again for this dress, but I loved the color and I got it for $1/meter (1.5 meters wide) so I think I got a good deal out of it. Unmarked for what kind it is, but I’m guessing it is a nylon blend.
