how do you make ruffles? I have a few skirts in the back of my closet that I want to try to refashion, just to see if I can do it..

So cool! I’m almost done with the refashioned skirt I started this weekend… oddly enough it incorporates ruffles and a varied length hem too but in a COMPLETELY different way.
I wouldn’t have thought to use the black eyelet with the painty denim, but I think they work well together.
