My son’s class asked me to put together the costumes for their acadamy’s Spring Program so I gladly accepted the job. They will be the Amarican flag. I have used broad cloth to make the trunk and a soft strech cotton for the neck. I have left the sides open to keep the front flat and to hide little arms. I was given accent house paint for this project so I desided to just sponge the paint on instead of a solid paint job so they would not be stiff when dry. There are 13 costumes in all, I left out an extra top row stripes to get the full symetrical effect of the flag in the pictures.
