Recycled cardigan made into a cowl-neck shrug, in brief by turning the cardigan upside-down.
I kept this cardigan for years, even though it wasn’t quite right, I never used it, and even though it eventually was decorated by little holes most likely made by unwanted pets… they must hade loved the colour and material as much as I did!
Well. All good in the end! The holes made it into the perfect base for experimenting, so when I found this how-to I just had to try it! I covered/mended the holes with little embriodered flowers, I’ll add a close-up image later on.
An easy and fun project :-).
Merino wool cardigan with mother-of-pearl buttons.
