the simplest dress i ever made
just two pattern pieces
(well.. not a real pattern is used
i just folded the fabric and cut into it)
and a several minutes of sewing
finished with serged hems
lately i feel that my style is evolving a bit
i still do love flared skirts with cinched waist lines better
but for some time now i have that need to create and wear more simple things
more organic and less colorful than those i usually wear and make
dunno if it’s just a phase
or my style is going trough some more serious change
but i sure do like the way this dress turned out
even though it’s not my usual aesthetic

Trousers, blazers, and blouses in cool neutrals have model-off-duty style.
