My second skirt is very easy.
Folder the fabric, find the radius of the length you want to be the skirt and the radius of your waist (I did it bigger because I wanted to have folds) and cut the fabric.
You only put a tire in the waist and you are ready!
I didn’t hem here because the fabric doesn’t fray. If your fabric does, you must hem.
