Even when I am a novice I took this challenge, I must said that for me this was like for someone who has intermediate knowledge specially if you decide to do it as burda pattern describe to made it. I choose red fabric 80% wool and 20 % polyamide. Since I live in Norway its not really hot around here. It gave me few headaches, and I investigate alot every step, because burda instructions are so badly made, at least my personal opinion. So I did the invisble zip, I lined the cap sleeve and the bias binding, I also applied interfacing to the neckline. The photo was took at my work place.

Fabulous. You are not alone with your opinion in regard to Burda instructions. You have done well if you are a novice.
