Thank you so much! I actually used my Brother embroidery machine on this. The leather while having a bit of temper to it, is light weight so as long as you use the leather needles you can do it. Beware however that over time this kind of sewing can wear on today’s plastic sewing machine parts so I went to Ebay and bought a Singer Slant-o-matic from the 1950’s. It has the power I need and metal parts too.
