I wanted a really simple case to protect my new iPad, and thought it would be a good opportunity to use some red leather that I’ve had in the cupboard for a while.
My Bernina did a great job of sewing through the leather. I used matching red topstitching thread with a leather needle, and bulldog clips and glue in place of pins.
The clever design is not mine – see the credits for a link to the original.
