Description
I just had to have the Glitter Shoes that I found on the DIY section. I was very lucky to find a pair of red leather booties in mint condition at the thrift store for $3.00. They had a great thick wooden hill that would hold a ton of glitter.

Fabri-tac, instead of mod-pod
Fairy Glitter from Joann’s, it was extra sparkly
gloss sealer
and a small foam applicator
