Simple toga-style dress with cowl back

Material Notes

Floral print cotton gauzey fabric, a few inches of shoelace.

I found a very simple toga pattern online, and modified it… 1 large piece of fabric folded in half twice, sewn at top corners to form tops of armholes. Seamed down sides and around armholes. A shoelace inserted inbetween the front layers for a free drape, and the back left to hang.

    I like this, I really like this! That is such a dramatic back. I have heard of pulling one’s self up by the bootstraps. You went one better and used shoestring. Nehmah
