Made from black cotton twill, polyester netting, and red cotton-poly fabric. I cut one of the skulls out of a piece of leftover netting for the embellishment.

I got it at JoAnn’s a few weeks ago. It is, unfortunately, part of their halloween collection, so it might be hard to track down. I know they don’t have it online any more and that my local store is completely out. It’s tragic when that happens. There’s a stripe fabric that I got at Hancock’s that I wish I could find more of….
