I took two old t-shirts and paired it up with some super soft blue cotton. This was stretchy. It was hard to work with stretchy material. I wanted to lose my mind. However then I thought it’s okay to make mistakes because I really needed to learn. I kept the applique from another article of clothing that just died. So I liked the way I played with blue & orange. I had old icky t-shirts, instead of going to the landfill- make something fun for the beach or vineyards! I pair it with a pair of linen pull cord pants & off I go. Nice for lounge wear too. I like the flared sleeves.
Cotton & a stretch lyrca blend cotton. It’s good because I want to try and make some more advanced projects. Smaller items of clothing are best to start with. It’s also fun to reused old things for something new.
