I made this Roxanne from an old Annokki Dress that I’ve had for over 20 years! The collar was from lining left over from my Chloe.
I love it…its, light, floaty, pretty, trendy and a little bit different with that collar.
Made using Victory Patterns Roxanne.

Nice blouse….I so like the collar and the pin tucks at the back
