This skirt is made from three old t-shirts: one for the base and two for the ruffles.
The ruffles are semi-circular flounces (about a third of a circle each) that I cut free-hand with a rotary cutter. They were attached with the zig-zag stitch. More info at my “blog” :http://analogme.typepad.com/

That’s adorable. Lucky me, my brother has just offered me his GRO bag — and he’s a size 6x tall, so I KNOW I can repurpose them nicely. Thanks for the idea!

it sure looks like woll and not jersey, and especially it doesn’t look like old t shirts put together. great job!
