This skirt is made from three old t-shirts: one for the base and two for the ruffles.
The ruffles are semi-circular flounces (about a third of a circle each) that I cut free-hand with a rotary cutter. They were attached with the zig-zag stitch. More info at my “blog” :http://analogme.typepad.com/
