Description

This is a very eco-friendly dress as I made it from some old curtains. Wahoo.

It has a high boat neck and low scooped back. The dress fastens with a centre back zip and button and the bodice is fully lined. The waist is emphasises with the black piping, which makes it very flattering and the VERY full skirt (more than a circle) is very vintage-esque and great fun to swish in!

There is a version of this dress for sale in my etsy shop https://www.etsy.com/listing/128578930/1950s-1960s-vintage-full-skirted-dress?ref=shop_home_active

That fabric looks MUCH better as a dress than it would ever look hanging in a room! It’s wonderful, and I really love the piping at the waist. It really sets off the look.

Thank you – yes I agree, I wouldn’t want them up as curtains!!
