Cape Town, South...
I was getting tired of all these printed out recipes, stacks of them, and now had to write the ones I have tested and approve in one book, that I can find things easily and be organised! So I was looking for a book with at least 300 pages, but small, like a diary! And I found a diary at the shops, but since it is April already they charged 1c for the book! I bought File Organiser tabs from the stationary shop, and divided my diary in about 27 categories! but now these tabs were sticking out, the side of my diary, so I had to extend the front&back cover to protect these tabs for the future. I glued cardboard to the front and back, and then covered it with brown paper. then I digitized my front and side and embroidered it on fabric and made a slip cover for my new recipe book: called Favourite Recipes!
