Description

This coat have been a nightmare for me for about a year with some serious sleeves problems, but it’s finally finished and I’m so pleased with the final look.

it’s based on a pattern from burda 09/2009 and made from old curtain fabric i bought in a vintage shop.

sorry for the quality of the pictures but i could not wait any longer and the last picture show the true colors.

the scarf it’s based on a very easy to fallow tutorial from Diyraven – http://www.burdastyle.com/projects/diy-circle-scarf

Beautiful coat! I may dig out that issue of Burda to try the pattern myself. May I ask what the sleeve problems were? Is it something about the pattern I should be aware of?

Thank you and I think the coat will suit your style.
The sleeves problems were my own fault as I have cut the coat far too big so lots of adjustments were needed, and the sleeves were too big too. but thanks to my mum and skype i have managed to make it right ;)
