Description

My sister asked me to sew a skirt and a jacket for my niece for her first day at school. I felt undoubtedly honored, but also nervous, this was my first jacket I had to make. And it turned out to be not so difficult as I thought, only inserting a lining acquires some advanced skills. So I took an easier way and finished some parts of it by hand, real couture as my friend Julija would say :)

And now my sister was asking me if I could make the same outfit from jersey for more casual look and from wool for cold winter days.. it seems like a lot of sewing is waiting for me :)

And pictures were taken by my sister https://www.facebook.com/Fotopieva.lt, she is a very talented beginner photographer!
