Burda Style For people who sew
Description
Thrift store sweaters re-worked into a very soft and lux quilted blanket.
Material Notes
I opted for uniformity in all of the sweaters I used for this quilt. I found only 100% merino wool sweaters from the local thrift store (not expensive! between $2 – $5 each). Edged and backed the blanket with fleece although I have used many different types of fabrics for the back in the past.
