Burda Style For people who sew
Description
I originally made a look similar to this but in the form of a skirt. For my latest collection I evolved it into a dress! It took more than 15 yards of tulle to create the skirt part of the dress. Super fun to wear, a lot of people comment that it reminds them of cotton candy.
