I made this waist cincher last year : I wanted to discover new sewing techniques :)
I made my own pattern using a french tutorial and it was’nt so difficult ! The only bad thing about it is that I reduced the waist measurement a little bit too much : It’s very comfortable to wear but the effect on me is very strange ! It looks like I’m choked but it’s not the case ;)
On the pictures, my waist cincher is not fully laced because I did’nt want to have this effect :/

Its supposed to look like that when you lace it. Waist cinchers are supposed to take 1-3 inches extra off your waist when laced properly.
The only problem I see with this is that you should of shortened the pattern since your torso isn’t that long. It would have reduced the wrinkling in the center and made for a nicer finish. :]
