I think this is great! I would love to hear more details from you, as I plan on making a tutu for somebody. Does yours just tie up at the back? Or is the waist elastic? Have you sewn all the layers together at the waist, or is there an inner skirt that you have attached the lower layers to further down? Sorry I hope my questions make sense…

Hi there, there is a skirt lining underneath, I used a regular skirt pattern. After you sew the skirt together the next step would be is to gather the tulle and run it through the sewing machine one layer at a time :)
