This jacket was made during the spring of 2007. The fabric was woven at Gamleby Folkhögskola. I love the shape of it, but I think it looks slightly better on a real person.
Handwoven rami/linen fabric. Silk dupion fabric for the edges.
Novice
Elisabeth and Anne at Gamleby Folkhögskola for all the help with the weaving.

Just beautiful! Spectacular! Was this of your own design, or a pattern?

I was actually looking for a different color for the edge (can’t remember which now), but when I saw these two together I knew it was right.

beautiful! I love the shape and the way the binding supports the arms. Your fabric choices are amazing together.
