Burda Style For people who sew
Description
My friends at work call me the pregnant fairy, and in this Ra Ra skirt I made today I feel just like her!! We had a public holiday so in between doing chores with my husband around the house I sewed this skirt which I had cut out a while ago. I cut the pattern off a friend’s store bought skirt. I am going to upload a How To – it is made up of lots of strips of fabric. The top band has shearing elastic to hold it up. Yay for elasticated waists and my pregnant belly!
Material Notes
Blue/red/green chiffon, red pongee lining I had left over for the middle pieces, shearing elastic.
