Description

It’s funny, my interest in chambray (started with this blouse just happened) just happened to coincide with it apparently being in fashion. (That is, if seeing at least two chambray items at a visit to a J.Crew Outlet for a friend counts as it being fashionable.)

I made this cheer-tastic chambray pleated skirt from Butterick 4686. So extremely comfortable.

Read about my changes to the pattern over on my blog!

I really love this style of skirt. You have made some great alterations to the original – the length; the pleat top-stiitching. It is a really flattering style. And don’t you just love it when you’re on trend without even consciously thinking about it!? Inspiration just happened. Right here, right now…
