Description
I really hate making pot holders. I tried 3 times on test fabric before I decided to try my hand on the Amy Butler fabric that I bought on Etsy.
This one is quilted on one side, and normal on the other to show off the lovely flower pattern. I learned that hand sewing the other side of the bias tape after machine stitching the first side was the only way to get a clean look on both sides.
Material Notes
Cotton and sound cloth.

I got a bit of help from a very cute book called “Pretty Little Pot Holders” by Lark Books.

Oh how nice! I love the material, and you’ve executed it all very well (practise really does make perfect)!

That is really nice. I like the quilted side, it shows an attention to detail I sometimes don’t have patience for myself. Nice :)
