I’ve always been in love with the peasant style, I find it to be so feminine. So I took my favorite peasant top which is as old as the hills the skirt portion of my favorite knit dress and combined the two styles to make a self drafted peasant dress. I also like the high-low look especially since I like showing off a bit more leg in the front but not fond of anything to short in the back. I plan on also shortening a couple to Tunic length.
This was so fast to make, just 3 pattern pieces and I was done. I plan on making many more in different colors and fabrics (although for it to fall nicely it works best with stretchy fabrics).
