Description

I made this dress last fall. I wanted a “buisness” dress, meaning something chic I could wear at work… And it turned out as a party dress. Well…

I wanted to drat my own pattern, but it was my first time on a non-extensible fabric.
I’m not very proud of the result, I wore it only once… The top is not convenient for my bust size, and I refused to separate the top and the bottom, the result is many folds of unnecessary fabric.
… But I do like the straps !!!

Anyway… That’s how you learn! And I guess it’s still wearable!

      I’m sorry I can’t make a tutorial, because I did everything “approximately”… So it wouldn’t work for everyone.
      I can only tell you for the neckline, it’s just some vertical gathering to make a “sweetheart” shape.
      And for the sleeves, I can send you an email, but I don’t think a tutorial only about that would be useful… Would it?
