Burda Style For people who sew
Description
I wanted to make something nice for my boyfriend’s mother, who is a plump, apple-shaped woman, and I thought the draping and folds would work well for her figure. Alas! I didn’t grade up the pattern quite enough, so it went to my boyfriend’s sister, instead. She has the same figure type as her mother and she loves it!
The pattern itself was really easy to put together! I cut the sleeves in a piece with the body, and had it done in a single afternoon :D
Material Notes
Rayon jersey from the t-shirt ends department of Fabricland, $9 per metre.
