I added lining since the tweed fabric was a bit scratchy. The pattern required suspender adjusters in the back, but I skipped them and just made the front suspender pattern longer so they attach directly to the back of the shorts—-metal adjusters hurt when I lean against the back of a chair!

I love these. I think I have to make a pattern like this. :) With a 3/4 coat in the same fabric would be a great outfit! Great job.

Very cute. I am familiar with the tweed you used and have been dying to buy a piece. Looks great as short/jumper.
