The top was made from the same purple fabric I used for the off shoulder dress. It was suppose to be a dress but the back didnt turn out as classy as I thought it would be, so I changed it to a top instead.
Did some gathering on the side to allow room for my growing tummy, Front is pretty normal looking, almost like a tank top, The back has a cute what I call, “wing cutout”, it was suppose to be a lot classier, but now its just sporty, but I do like it!

super cute..in black im sure it would look classier. I’m pregnant too..only 10weeks though and thinking of ideas now. for the ruching on the sides did you just gather them or use elastic?

congrats! sewing for maternity is actually kind of fun :) i just gathered the fabric on the side, no elastic used!
