Description

What better to round out my current purple and grey kick than by using up the silk charmeuse leftover from Pip’s purple pyjamas! I used the Toypes top pattern which I’ve had languishing in my pattern catalogue for nearly a year now. Read lots more and see more photos (including the lining!) at http://www.fehrtrade.com/gallery/190/purple-silk-patrones-blouse

Material Notes

Purple 100% silk charmeuse (silk satin) from Goldhawk Road here in London

This is very lovely! The design is different and beautiful, and the fabric works perfectly.

Yes, very astute! I left off the tie waistband and instead elongated the body pieces to compensate.

That’s an interesting pattern! You left out the ribbon, right?
