This is Simplicity 4964, which is a generic minidress costume for Halloween (just take anything, put it in a short skirt, and you’ve got half the women’s costumes on the market). I may not like it as a Halloween costume (I prefer things a bit more ornate) but I think I can still pull off a minidress.
I actually added a few inches too. Just ’cause.
