I wanted to experiment textile printing/painting,and shiring,so I decided to make an experiment-dress for myself. Then I figgured my sister-in-law is pregnant and I could experiment on her,and make her a maternity dress:).
I used the bust contour pattern from Miasu,it’s brilliant,I plan on using it very often.
And the shiring went great! I expected to fail on that ,but I didn’t:).
Tell me what do you think of the experiment-dress:)
I blogged it here: http://laurachirita.blogspot.com/2010/07/purple-maternity-dress.html
